12 month warranty

All Primera Soccer balls come with a 12-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects in stitching and bladder air retention, from the date of purchase.

If your ball develops a stitching fault or fails to retain air due to a manufacturing defect within this period, please contact us with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. Photographs or videos may be requested to assist with our assessment.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, over-inflation or damage resulting from improper care or use on unsuitable surfaces.

Where a claim is approved, Primera Soccer will provide a replacement ball of the same or equivalent model.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the law.
