HOW TO USE YOUR CLUB CREDITS
Your Primera Soccer Club Give Back credits can be used towards any purchase on the Primera Soccer website. To redeem your credits, simply email Primera Soccer before placing your order. We’ll provide you with a unique credit code to apply at checkout.
Please note: All club credits must be used by 1 December each year. Any unused credits remaining after this date will be forfeited. Make sure you redeem your credits before the deadline so your club can make the most of its rewards!
ELIGIBLE PURCHASES & EXCLUSIONS
Primera Soccer Club Give Back credits are earned at a rate of 10% of eligible purchases made through the Primera Soccer website. Eligible purchases include soccer balls and other products available on the website, provided they meet the program conditions.
Credits are calculated on the purchase value excluding GST, shipping and delivery charges, discounts, and refunded or cancelled items. Free products, promotional giveaways and complimentary items do not qualify towards credit earnings.
Credit redemption and exclusions:
Sale items: Club credits cannot be redeemed against sale items or products already discounted as part of a sale or promotion.
No double-dipping: Purchases made using club credits will not earn additional Give Back credits. Credits cannot be earned on the portion of an order paid for using previously redeemed club credits.
Refunds and cancellations: Credits earned on refunded or cancelled purchases will be deducted from the club's credit balance.
Non-transferable: Club credits cannot be transferred to another club or exchanged for cash.

HOW IT WORKS
Supporting your club has never been more rewarding! With the Primera Soccer Give Back to Clubs Program, your club earns 10% back on every eligible purchase in the form of Primera Soccer club credit. The more your club buys, the more credit you earn to put towards future soccer ball orders.
WORKED CREDIT EXAMPLE
Here's how the 10% Club Give Back Program works in practice.
Example: A club places an eligible order worth $1,100, including GST.
Order total, including GST: $1,100
Purchase value excluding GST: $1,000
Club Give Back rate: 10%
Credits earned: $100
The club receives $100 in Primera Soccer website credit to use towards a future eligible purchase.
If the club later places an eligible order worth $550, including GST, and redeems its $100 credit, it pays the remaining $450. No additional Give Back credits are earned on that order because club credits were used to pay part of the purchase.
